Microsoft Visual Basic.Net: Introduction of .NET

Introduction of .NET :

        Microsoft .NET framework एक software framework है जो Microsoft Windows operating System पर use किया जाता है । यह एक बढ़ी library है जो की common programming problems को program execution से .net framework के through जोड़ती है । .NET framework इन programs के execution को control करता है । यह नये applications जो की Microsoft मे पहले से use किए जा रहे है को बनाने और manage करने मे help provide करता है । .NET framework की Base Class Library (BCL) user Interface, data access , connectivity , web application development , numeric algorithms, network communication etc. facilities provide करता है ।

       .NET program के execution Environment और runtime requirement को manage करता है। जिसे की Common Language Runtime (CLR) कहते है । CLR program के execution को manage कर run करने मे help करता है । इसके अलावा यह security, memory management , exception handling को भी manage करता है ।

Feature of. NET:

• 1.  Interpretability: computer मे नये और पुराने applications के बीच interaction की आवश्यकता होती है । .NET framework इस interaction की facility को solve करने की facility प्रोवाइड करता है ।
• 2.  Common Runtime Engine (CRE): Common Runtime Engine CLR ( common language Runtime ) की सहायता से programs को रन करने की facility provide करता है । .NET मे बनाए गए सभी programs CLR के under मे run होते है । CLR की मदद से program के execution की सभी requirements को पूरा किया जाता है । जैसे – memory management , security , exception handling etc. । .NET मे सभी programs compile होने के बाद MSIL ( Microsoft Intermediate language ) मे convert हो जाते है।  
• 3.  Language Independence : .NET framework मे एक common type system (CTS) होता है जो की सभी possible data types , CLR और other instructions related work को support करता है । ये data types के बीच conversions , languages के बीच conversion etc. के support करता है ।
• 4.   Base Class Library : BCL .Net framework का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है । जिसका  use .Net framework support करने वाली सभी language करती है । BCL मे बहुत प्रकार की classes , functions , sub procedures provide किए गए है । जिनका use file को read , write और कई प्रकार के operations perform करने, Graphical User interface , data base conversion , XML Documentation etc. के लिए किया जाता है ।
• 5.  Simplified Deployment : .Net framework ऐसे features को support करता है जिसकी help से किसी भी computer software को distribute करना आसान हो जाता है । .Net मे किसी भी software application के setup program को आसानी से design और distribute किया जा सकता है ।
• 6.  Security : .Net framework एक common security model को support करता है जिससे सभी applications secure रहें । यहा data को secure रखने मे मदद करता है ।
• 7.  Portability : .Net मे बनाए गए programs किसी भी windows operating system मे run किए जा सकते है ।
